What sizes do you carry?
Baby Devine provides sizes from Preemie to big kid sizes. Larger sizes for many of our outfits, including custom made outfits are available upon request by calling Brinda at (248) 219-6685 or by email at: orders@babydevine.com


I need my order to arrive by a specific date. How do I make sure I receive it in time?
We always do our best to ensure your orders arrive in a timely fashion. If you need an item by a specific date please note that date in the comments field during your checkout. We will contact you if we need to make additional arrangements to get the order to you on time, i.e. next day shipping, etc.


What carrier do you use to ship your products?
Baby Devine uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2 to 4 day delivery) for domestic and international delivery.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Baby Devine does ship internationally via the United States Postal Service. International orders are charged an additional $25.00. If international shipping charges exceed $25.00, you will billed the additional amount which must be paid prior to shipment.


What is your current turnaround time for shipping items?
Typically, Baby Devine maintains very little inventory. The majority of our clothing orders are made to order and are typically shipped within 10 days of placing your order. Shoes are shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. Tuxedos and ready-made suits are shipped within 24 hoursof placing your order. Baby Gowns are typically shipped within 72 hours of placing your order.  


Do you have a catalogue?
Unfortunately, Baby Devine does not carry a catalogue at this time. What is shown on our web site (www.babydevine.com) is our entire product line. However, you can go to Site Map on our web site and print categories of the outfits you are interested in. If you are a retailer, please call Brinda a (248) 219-6685 for wholesale prices.


Do you offer a "twin discount" when two or more sets are purchased?
Yes, we will deduct 10% your off your order (clothing only) when you purchase two or more outfits or shoes. No discounts are given for footwear at this time.


What do you charge for shipping and handling?
Domestic shipping is FREE with your order. International orders are charged an additional $25.00. If international shipping charges exceed $25.00, you will be billed via email the additional amount which must be paid in in full prior to shipment.


Can I call in my order?
YES! You can order 1-248-219-6685 at any time.


Do you accept credit cards?
Baby Devine accepts all major credits cards via Paypal.


I don't have a credit card. Can I still place an order?
Baby Devine also accepts orders paid via PayPal, by check or money order. Orders paid by check will not ship until after the check has cleared the bank which is typically 5 to 10 days. To order with a check or money order please add your selected items to your shopping cart, print the page and mail with payment to:

Do you have a store?
No at this time, Baby Devine is only located on the Internet. However, with new and returning customers like you we hope to one day open a “physical” store.


Do you offer specials to customers on your mailing list?
Yes, throughout the year we notify all previous customers of new outfits to the clothing line and upcoming sales.


Will you gift-wrap?
Yes, all Baby Devine orders are shipped in a in a decorative box. Gift cards are provided upon request.

What is your Return Policy?
Return Policy

Clothing and Shoes
No returns will be accepted 5 days following the customer's receipt of order for clothing or shoes. Customer must notify Baby Devine in writing by email at orders@babydevine.com prior to returning order. NOcustomer returns will be accepted without a notification to Baby Devine. NO returns or exchanges will be made for worn clothing sets or clothing sets with tags/labels that are removed or shoes that are returned without the box. NOexchanges for Baby Devine T-Shirts except for damaged merchandise. NO returns for custom orders. All accepted returns will incur a 40% restocking fee (excepted for damaged merchandise),plus shipping costs. ALL accepted returns must be mailed to: Baby Devine, 23041 Beverly Street, Oak Park, MI 48237, Attn: Brinda Devine. Our prices, fabric and style availability can change without notice.

Dolls
No returns will be accepted for dolls purchased on Baby Devine.  The dolls sold on Baby Devine are not toys, but are collector items.  As such, all dolls are shipped by Baby Devine in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Returns will only be accepted for orders damaged while in transit to the customer.
