The majority of Baby Devine outfits are made to order; however, we do keep some of our outfits in stock. Please review the Category section for your outfit (that is Christening, Ethnic, Outerwear, etc.) which will provide the time frames for shipping your order. Baby Devine outfits are made of polyester, rayon, cotton and/or silk fabrics. Baby Devine offers free domestic shipping on all of its orders. International and overnight shipping are available at additional cost as noted below.
CUSTOM CLOTHING
Would you like Baby Devine to design and make a custom outfit for your little one's ceremony or special occasion? All sizes for Baby Devine Suits (Elijah’s Suit and Donovan Suit) are made to order based on child’s measurements. You will receive an email from Baby Devine within 24 hours of placing your order instructing you on how to take your child’s measurements.

RETURN POLICY
Clothing and Shoes
No returns will be accepted 5 days following the customer's receipt of order for clothing or shoes. Customer must notify Baby Devine in writing by email at orders@babydevine.com prior to returning order. NO customer returns will be accepted without a notification to Baby Devine. NO returns or exchanges will be made for worn clothing sets or clothing sets with tags/labels that are removed or shoes that are returned without the box. NO returns for custom orders. All accepted returns will incur a 40% restocking fee (excepted for damaged merchandise),plus shipping costs. ALL accepted returns must be mailed to: Baby Devine, 23041 Beverly Street, Oak Park, MI 48237, Attn: Brinda Devine. Our prices, fabric and style availability can change without notice.
Dolls
Returns will only be accepted for orders damaged while in transit to the customer or defects on the dolls. The dolls sold on Baby Devine are not toys, but are collectible dolls. As such, all dolls are shipped in the manufacturer’s original packaging and must be returned as such. No returns will be accepted 5 days following the customer's receipt of doll order.Customer must notify Baby Devine in writing by email at orders@babydevine.com prior to returning the order. NO customer returns will be accepted without a notification to Baby Devine. Accepted returns (dolls damaged or with defects) must be mailed to: Baby Devine, 23041 Beverly Street, Oak Park, MI 48237, Attn: Brinda Devine.
Dolls typically ship within 36 hours after receipt of payment, with delivery to you within 2 to 4 days thereafter. Customers that choose overnight shipping - your order is shipped the same day with 1 to 2 day delivery dependent on time frames provided by the United States Postal Service.
The cost of domestic shipping is included in the price of your order. Customers that choose overnight shipping for their doll order will be charged an additional $35 per doll. Exception - Cloth dolls which will be charged the customary overnight charge as offered as you complete your order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders only. Baby Devine also ships internationally via the United States Postal Service. International shipping is availabel at additional cost. If shipping charges exceed the amount noted, Baby Devine will contact you via phone or email as to whether you would like to continue your order and pay the additional cost. Overnight shipping is available at additional cost.
Alternative shipping and handling instructions other than the United States Postal Service must be made at the time you place your order by contacting Brinda at (248) 219-6685 or by email at orders@babydevine.com.
As requested by the customer, Baby Devine charges actual cost for overnight domestic shipping charges. No overnight service is available on shoes.
Shoes
Shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. Shoes are shipped via US Priority Mail (approx. 2-4 days to deliver). No overnight delivery service is available. See Return Policy.
PRIVACY & SECEURITY
We respect your privacy! Information collected is for the purpose of sales only, and will not be shared with any third parties. We use Paypal to securely process your credit card information online using SSL encryption. For your protection, you may need to enter the verification numbers on the back of your credit card.
PAYMENT
Credit cards accepted securely thru PayPal. We also accept Personal Checks and Money Orders. All purchases made via check or money order will require a 7 to 10-day hold to verify funds before your order is mailed.
